Vermont Table Winners Announced

At the start of the month, Barnsley Table Tennis Club launched its #TableTennisinBarnsley competition, in partnership with Indulgence Cake & Shake, giving primary schools across the borough the opportunity to win a table tennis school. Pupils were required to design an A3 poster that contained table tennis facts and other bits. We had over 200 amazing entries and we are proud of everyone. It was so hard to narrow the entries down to the final.

The competition was a great opportunity for us as a club to further engage with our #OutstandingCommunity. As we announce the winning school, we hope that this will present the opportunity to provide after school clubs, giving more children to experience table tennis and the benefits of the sport.

We would like to say a massive congratulations to Burton Road Primary School and Barugh Green Primary School on winning a table. The guys who judged the posters were amazed by the creativity of your posters. So much work went in to these posters, we're pleased to see that the children had spent so much time working on their outstanding pieces.
