Awards Evening - Event Information
We are pleased to announce that this years presentation evening will take place on Saturday 1 July 2023 starting at 19:00. This year we celebrate 90 years of Barnsley Table Tennis, as well as the success of this years Barnsley Table Tennis League, and the success of our junior players, following our successful season!

All money raised from the raffle and auction is being added to our fundraiser, which has been set up by the club to support the Mlynski family at this truly devastating time. Raffle tickets are available to purchase from the club, and they will also be available on the night at £1 per strip. Where is the event being held?
The event is being held in the conference room, which is on the ground floor of Barnsley Table Tennis Club.
How much are tickets?
Tickets are free of charge, these can be booked via the booking form at he bottom of this page - This event is now sold out!
What time do the doors open?
Doors to the venue open at 18:30, with the evening starting at 19:00 and will run until finish.
Food and Drink
We are pleased to be offering a full buffet and soft drinks on the night. Our venue doesn't hold an alcohol licence, so there will be no sales of alcohol on site, however you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Dress Code
The dress code for the evening is smart casual.
Parking
Parking is free on Blucher Street from 18:00 on Saturday, right through until Monday morning. There is also a car park available at the side of the building, please follow the road round and the car park can be found on the left hand side.
Fire Alarm and Evacuation
There is no fire drill planned on the day of the event, should the fire alarm sound, the assembly point is Lambert Construction on Blucher Street. Please ensure that you leave the building by the nearest and safest fire escape, these are clearly marked.
